Positive: Excellent hotel in perfect location right in the heart of Pristina. Wonderful spa, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.

Negative: Our lights got jammed one day but this was quickly resolved. The overall price might have been a bit too high, but I appreciate this is the top luxury and business hotel in Pristina. The hotel shop only sells men's clothes.

Summary: Lovely hotel in perfect location. Fantastic spa, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff
